Budget Package
This package is designed for "empty" homes and for light cleaning of "traffic areas". You vacuum before clanging and we clean around furniture. If your on a budge or just need some touch up cleaning, then this package is ideal. The package includes the following steps:
- Pre-Conditioner applied to carpet
- Soft water rinse "wand" extraction
- Post Spotting (red stains are extra)
- Carpet "groomed" with carpet rake

Value Package
This is our most popular package. You prepare the areas to be cleaned by removing the small light furniture and vacuuming the traffic areas. We will perform a "thorough" cleaning, some furniture is moved as long as it is requested at the time of scheduling, we will place our powerful carpet fans to "speed dry" your carpet while the technician finishes cleaning at no extra charge. If you want the MOST VALUE for your cleaning dollar, select this package.The package includes the following steps:
- Pre-Conditioner applied to carpet
- Wand extraction of edges and corners
- RX-20 extraction of traffic areas
- Post Spotting (red stains are extra)
- Carpet "groomed" with carpet rake
- Carpet fans left to speed dry carpet.

Premium Package
If you want the Most Thorough Cleaning Possible, then this package is for you. First we vacuum all the carpet prior to cleaning. All areas are Pre-Conditioned and then Rinse extracted with special attention to corners and edges. Heavy traffic areas are given a double cleaning using our RX-20 Rotary Extraction unit. Some furniture is moved as long as it is requested at the time of scheduling, cleaned underneath and returned to proper position with protective tabs and blocks. Next 3M Scotchgard Protector is applied to all traffic areas to help carpet stay cleaner longer. Finally, we will place our powerful carpet fans to "speed dry" your carpet while the technician finishes cleaning at no extra charge. The package includes the following steps:
- All carpets vacuumed
- Pre-conditioner applied to all carpet
- Wand extraction of edges and corners
- Some furniture moved upon request when scheduling
- RX-20 extraction of all traffic areas
- Post Spotting (red stains are extra)
- Scotchgard Protector on Traffic Areas
- Carpet groomed with carpet rake if requested
- Carpet fans placed to "speed dry" carpets while technician is cleaning
